Equinox App and Beta 2.0 Bike Studies

Prior to their launch in early 2020 I worked on two mixed-methods, longitudinal diary studies to evaluate the end-to-end beta experience of the SoulCycle At-Home Bike and Equinox+ app (called Variis at the time). This work provided the key insights and critical improvements Equinox needed to confidently launch these brand new products in early 2020 (providing a much desired fitness tool amidst a global pandemic).

I lead the design and execution of the app study and was a co-researcher for the bike study. Through this work I became a trusted and sought-after partner for other research needs Equinox had.
